(Current guestimate is for 150 attendees)Room/Table Décor Team – For the Saturday event, select colors, centerpieces, etc.Set-Up/Clean -Up Team – Saturday EventMC’s – Preferably 1 male and 1 female for Saturday event.Entertainment Team – Saturday Event – Create a proposed agenda for the eveningGraphics Team – Those who specialize in creating flyers (some have already volunteered)Sports/Organized Games Team – Tyrone Bowens has agreed to head this team.Finance/Website Tracking Team – Looking for 1-2 more (Two have already shown interest).Memorial Reflections Team – Suggest best ways to honor the memory of family members who have deceased.Website Team – Already up and running with the expertise of Joey Wells and Camryn Harrell.Family Souvenir Keepsake Book – Provide recommended input for content.Scholarship Team – Review applications and select winner(s)
